{"id":54858,"date":"2018-04-26T16:07:07","date_gmt":"2018-04-26T15:07:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=54858"},"modified":"2018-04-26T12:33:34","modified_gmt":"2018-04-26T11:33:34","slug":"rovedana-limited-new-job-position-available","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/rovedana-limited-new-job-position-available.html","title":{"rendered":"Rovedana Limited New Job Position Available"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Rovedana Limited \u2013 Our client, one of the largest Healthcare insurance providers in Nigeria offering optimum services that is second to none in the healthcare industry.<\/p>\n<p>Their mode of operations encompasses a friendly environment and smart use of technology which enables them to offer excellent HMO services to their clients who are spread across multiple industries in West Africa.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently in search of candidates to join our client\u2019s team as:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Regional Medical Manager (To oversee a team Medical Officers)<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Port Harcourt, Rivers<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has purview over unit medical managers and ensures the functions of the unit are well administered<\/li>\n<li>Ensures all administrative reports are sent within allotted timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Provider contracting, registration &amp; sign up<\/li>\n<li>Provider profiling, categorization and audit<\/li>\n<li>Build-up of provider directory<\/li>\n<li>Provider cluster reviews for geographical coverage for the region<\/li>\n<li>Tariff Building for providers<\/li>\n<li>Provider reaccreditation and due diligence<\/li>\n<li>Provider education<\/li>\n<li>Provider relations management<\/li>\n<li>Enrolee referrals within and outside the provider network, both locally and internationally<\/li>\n<li>Review and filing of medical reports and specialist consultations<\/li>\n<li>Case management being follow up on all enrolee admissions including major OR high costing procedures<\/li>\n<li>Introduction &amp; development of cost saving initiatives e.g. activation of pharmacy network, IMG, Travcure, et cetera.<\/li>\n<li>Organization of provider forums<\/li>\n<li>Pre-authorization<\/li>\n<li>Utilization monitoring &amp; actuarial support for underwriting purposes<\/li>\n<li>Cost management<\/li>\n<li>Regular provider visitation and engagement<\/li>\n<li>Provider allotment<\/li>\n<li>Provider profitability reviews<\/li>\n<li>Ensure providers get their monthly capitation list timely and have it for the respective month at their front desk<\/li>\n<li>NHIS operations update and follow through on related directives<\/li>\n<li>Observation and compliance with use of Quality assurance tools for providers<\/li>\n<li>Itinerary visitation reports for providers sent on a monthly basis<\/li>\n<li>Actual visitation reports for providers sent on a monthly basis<\/li>\n<li>Retrieval of Encounter data and Claims data from providers on a monthly basis within stipulated timelines<\/li>\n<li>Generation and sign off on memos for provider payments<\/li>\n<li>Provider reconciliation and sign off<\/li>\n<li>Provider claims trending report<\/li>\n<li>Provider case management reports<\/li>\n<li>Management of exclusions<\/li>\n<li>Management of refunds<\/li>\n<li>Participation in creation of e-platform applications<\/li>\n<li>Preventative care management including but not limited to management of Onsite Clinics, In-house clinics, Pre-employment tests for clients, content writing for newsletters, health talks and schedules, wellness programs,<\/li>\n<li>Biostatistics: Disease Specific Report statistics (Diabetes, Hypertension, Malaria), Mortality and Birth reports any other task assigned by the HOD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification\/Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years post NYSC, (with at least 3 years in the HMO industry).<\/li>\n<li>Masters in Relevant fields including but not limited to Public Health, Health Informatics, Health Economics, Healthcare Financing, Healthcare Policy etc.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>Bachelor Degree in Surgery\/Medicine.<\/li>\n<li>Professional qualification in MD, or MBCHB, or MBBS, and MBA, or MPH or post graduate qualification in a health related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:resume@rovedana.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>resume@rovedana.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0The subject of the mail should be \u201cRegional Medical Manager \u2013 PH\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>4th May, 2018.<br \/>\n<strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only qualified candidates that live in the specified location will be contacted for an interview.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rovedana Limited \u2013 Our client, one of the largest Healthcare insurance providers in Nigeria offering optimum services that is second to none in the healthcare industry.
