Accountant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Account Officer is in charge of keeping and updating all relevant account records of the organization in a highly professional manner:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing account books<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the organization\u2019s income and expenditure are properly documented<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present the company\u2019s annual account and monthly financial statements<\/li>\n<li>Review financial reports and documents<\/li>\n<li>Engage in monthly stock count at all sale points<\/li>\n<li>Recover amount established as being receivable including recovery of VAT<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the government authorities in regards to tax filing.<\/li>\n<li>Assist external auditors during audit.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate any and every deviations and irregularities<\/li>\n<li>Review control measures and report to MD from time to time<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and improve on existing accounting structures from time to time<\/li>\n<li>Daily and monthly reconciliation of all POS and bank transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-5years relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>Age range : 23-28 years old<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND in Accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of accounting software like Excel, TALLY, SAGE, BusyWin etc<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and accurately with figures<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and evaluation ability<\/li>\n<li>Strong oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Influencing and negotiation ability<\/li>\n<li>Strong planning and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salaries\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nAttractive based on qualification and wealth of business moves and succeeds by opening new opportunities in the bid to increase the company\u2019s profit margin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You understand your client\u2019s business, knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business<\/li>\n<li>You have an excellent overview of the business and are up-to-date with the latest industry trends as well as the competition<\/li>\n<li>Clients with whom you cooperate are satisfied and they show it by stable and\/or increased usage of service<\/li>\n<li>The number of clients is consistently increasing, by building a healthy pipeline of accounts in the region you are covering<\/li>\n<li>You identify risks that can affect the achievement of the sales goals, builds related plans and suggests changes necessary to manage the risks<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible to provide client\/market information that will enable regional management to create local business strategy and approach<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible for achieving annual volume and gross profit targets implementing sales and marketing plans for your region<\/li>\n<li>Consult with clients and potential clients to determine their technology requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer\/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales \u2013 especially managing personal time and productivity.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and manage business portfolio\/territory\/business according to an agreed market development strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have 2-5 years of experience in selling IT products ,computer accessories, Mobile gadgets etc<\/li>\n<li>A OND\/B.Sc in Social Sciences or Sciences.<\/li>\n<li>You are passionate about technology and willing to learn new things and technologies<\/li>\n<li>You have great listening skills, being able to quickly identify clients\u2019 pain points<\/li>\n<li>You are able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence, and persistence<\/li>\n<li>You speak fluently to clients, partners and colleagues alike, in the local language and English<\/li>\n<li>You are a flexible and highly motivated self-starter, who is hungry to win, always looking to push own limits<\/li>\n<li>Must possess business and sales
