See Details"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>McErnest \u2013 A dynamic organization that plays in the fields of Media &amp; Communication, and Entertainment, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Social Media and Administrative Assistant<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a social media whiz who can balance writing tasks with administrative duties.<\/li>\n<li>The Social Media and Admin Officer works in our Marin office in a dual-role capacity.<\/li>\n<li>You will execute a social media plan, including creating content on social media platforms and work with our advisors to create\/edit content for our company website and social media platforms.<\/li>\n<li>In your wide variety of projects, you\u2019ll be exposed to a fast-paced small business environment including office management.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills and a thirst to learn and grow as a professional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and take minutes at meetings<\/li>\n<li>Track and maintain contact with prospects, including marketing material preparation, follow-up actions and generation of analytical reports<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with web developer, graphic designer, and book publishing team to create effective and accurate layouts<\/li>\n<li>Conduct web research<\/li>\n<li>General office management duties<\/li>\n<li>Create and execute social media strategy using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and other platforms<\/li>\n<li>Complete projects via independent research; clearly document your steps and conclusions<\/li>\n<li>Draft and proofread written communications to clients, prospects, and business partners<\/li>\n<li>Manage email marketing blasts using Constant Contact<\/li>\n<li>Prepare agenda and slides for client and prospect meetings<\/li>\n<li>Organize and manage tasks within our customer relationship management (CRM) software database.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements\/Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent Public Relations skill and understanding<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree, preferably with an emphasis in Business, Marketing, or Journalism<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate with great attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) using a Windows-based computer<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with editing functionality in Microsoft Word<\/li>\n<li>A highly collegial and collaborative work style;
