What we have is really more than food as it is done with beauty, passion and a deep sense of fulfillment.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Manager<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief<\/strong><br \/>\nWe are looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead and oversee business operations at Scarlet Delights. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of all our business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters business. They will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company\u2019s vision and culture.<\/p>\n<p>The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company\u2019s activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationships with partners\/vendors\/suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports<\/li>\n<li>Assess overall company performance against objectives<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company in events, conferences etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a business manager or relevant role<\/li>\n<li>Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office and information systems<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc\/BA in Business Management or relevant field; M.Sc\/MA will be a plus<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s and all other information to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@scarletdelights.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@scarletdelights.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>30th April, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Scarlet Delights is a healthy fast food restaurant located in Abuja.
