{"id":55106,"date":"2018-04-30T08:54:13","date_gmt":"2018-04-30T07:54:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=55106"},"modified":"2018-04-30T08:54:13","modified_gmt":"2018-04-30T07:54:13","slug":"gulfline-projects-limited-job-vacancy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/gulfline-projects-limited-job-vacancy.html","title":{"rendered":"Gulfline Projects Limited Job Vacancy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gulfline Projects Limited delivers integrated project and support services to wireless and wired telecommunication service providers, financial, manufacturing and oil &amp; gas organisations.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Process Consultant<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are currently seeking an experienced Business Process consultant to design, develop and improve internal processes and methodologies which link business needs across finance, IT &amp; Customer Service and those of other departments, to Firm lottery\/betting operations.<\/li>\n<li>This person will work from the Lagos but might be required to travel periodically<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process mapping and business process engineering<\/li>\n<li>Leading process design workshops<\/li>\n<li>Designing and implementing business processes<\/li>\n<li>Managing process change<\/li>\n<li>Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users<\/li>\n<li>Applying their knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) to documenting processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree\/HND required<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel on assignments for projects as requested<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience working including short or long term field experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in facilitating meetings, working groups, or large groups of people with varying opinions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business Analysis and process mapping<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, facilitation, and process mapping skills.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with standard application development methodologies and tools.<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Visio.<\/li>\n<li>Project Management<\/li>\n<li>Quality Assurance (QA)<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work under pressure, think analytically and communicate effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt and stretch capabilities and skills to meet the business needs of a fast-growing firm.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience analyzing business processes within a service-based organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gulfline Projects Limited delivers integrated project and support services to wireless and wired telecommunication service providers, financial, manufacturing and oil &amp; gas organisations.
