Due to rapid expansion we are looking for a qualified candidate to fill an Information Technology position, as we maintain our status as the leading broadband connectivity services provider in Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0GM, Swift Media<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successful candidate will be part of the driving force of SWIFT\u2019s business performance in the Media (digital advertising and commerce) sector, and full accountability for sales, market share, brand awareness, advertising effectiveness and new product development.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she will also be responsible for driving company\u2019s brand development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Roles<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and deliver the strategy for company\u2019s new business development, marketing communication, appropriate to need and responsive to opportunity.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing SWIFT Media business solution scoping, design, presentation and sales;<\/li>\n<li>Managing relationships with key stakeholders across all sectors of the economy to promote the company\u2019s interests and corporate strategy;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures delivery of team\u2019s financial targets including revenue, market share and net margin;<\/li>\n<li>Identify new business and ways to increase revenue share;<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the overall advertising activities of our company; to plan, execute and monitor advertising campaigns;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to Recruit, train and lead professional teams to meet company\u2019s set goals<\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute the affiliate marketing programmes of the company;<\/li>\n<li>Conceptualize, execute and manage the company\u2019s advertising programmes;<\/li>\n<li>Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings;<\/li>\n<li>Championing Market intelligence, sales measurement and evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>Conceptualize, design, mobilize and execute strategies to attract and retain advertisers, channels owners, partners and users to SWIFT\u2019s new innovative digital advertising channel;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that advertisers on this platform achieve agreed targets more than they would have on any other similar platform;<\/li>\n<li>Stay appropriately networked and keeps abreast of trends, news, events and deadlines, so that all possible, new or enhanced opportunities in media are exploited.<\/li>\n<li>Maximize customer satisfaction by developing and maintaining excellent relationships and effective communication channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree with a minimum of Second Class honours (Upper Division) in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Business Administration or any related course of study from a reputable Nigerian or international institution.<\/li>\n<li>Possession of a Master\u2019s Degree and relevant professional certification in digital marketing and strategy will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Must have at least Seven Years experience in similar role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have the drive and capability to meet and beat challenging targets;<\/li>\n<li>Communicating for impact \u2013 effective communication with senior stakeholders inside and outside of the business;<\/li>\n<li>Making a personal difference \u2013 strong influencing skills and responsive Professional Expertise;
