\/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Assistant human resources (AHR) manager develop, assist the HR in advising on and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel in the organization, with the aim of ensuring that the organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the employer\u2019s business aims.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing staff handbooks;<\/li>\n<li>Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking regular salary reviews;<\/li>\n<li>Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;<\/li>\n<li>Interpreting and advising on employment law;<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety;<\/li>\n<li>Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, Disciplinary procedures and absence management;<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization;<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating with staff and their representatives (for example, trade union officials) on issues relating to pay and conditions;<\/li>\n<li>Planning, and sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff;<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.<\/li>\n<li>Recruiting staff \u2013 this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and providing appropriate financial advice and undertaking related accounts administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance<\/li>\n<li>Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure<\/li>\n<li>Developing and managing up meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Establishing and maintaining working relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly meet with the Management to review marketing activities and achievement<\/li>\n<li>Develop good relationship with key clients and prospects in financial service
