{"id":55163,"date":"2018-04-30T12:01:12","date_gmt":"2018-04-30T11:01:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=55163"},"modified":"2018-04-30T10:05:48","modified_gmt":"2018-04-30T09:05:48","slug":"adexen-recruitment-agency-new-job-vacancy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/adexen-recruitment-agency-new-job-vacancy.html","title":{"rendered":"Adexen Recruitment Agency New Job Vacancy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Adexen Recruitment Agency \u2013 Our client is a major player in the Manufacturing industry with specialization in pharmaceutical products.<\/p>\n<p>They are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Medical Sales Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Reference:<\/strong> 1428<br \/>\n<strong>Industry:<\/strong> FMCG<br \/>\n<strong>Function:<\/strong> Commercial &amp; Communication<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The incumbent will act as the key link between the company and healthcare professionals with the aim to meet sales targets in a fast-paced business environment.<\/li>\n<li>The goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of the company\u2019s pharmaceutical and medical products to maximize sales growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with and persuade targeted general practitioners, specialists, pharmacists and other health care professionals to prescribe company products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis<\/li>\n<li>Assess clients\u2019 needs and present suitable promoted products.<\/li>\n<li>Provide product information and deliver product samples<\/li>\n<li>Describe the risks and benefits of specific drugs and respond to detailed technical questions.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule appointments, file sales and expense reports, plan and give presentations, and manage customer information databases.<\/li>\n<li>Serve customers by selling pharmaceutical products and meeting customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.<\/li>\n<li>Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.<\/li>\n<li>Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.<\/li>\n<li>Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.<\/li>\n<li>Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.<\/li>\n<li>Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Expectations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in Marketing or a Pharmaceutical field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as a pharmaceutical rep or in medical sales<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines and latest medical issues<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be confident, assertive, results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adexen Recruitment Agency \u2013 Our client is a major player in the Manufacturing industry with specialization in pharmaceutical products.
