{"id":55175,"date":"2018-04-30T10:59:21","date_gmt":"2018-04-30T09:59:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=55175"},"modified":"2018-04-30T10:44:00","modified_gmt":"2018-04-30T09:44:00","slug":"sponge-limited-current-job-available","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/sponge-limited-current-job-available.html","title":{"rendered":"Sponge Limited Current Job Available"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sponge Limited is a leading mobile-first, full service Digital Marketing agency that delivers outstanding Mobile and Digital campaigns for some of the biggest brands across Africa.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Research and Data Analyst<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, provide ongoing reports and make recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality<\/li>\n<li>Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases\/data systems<\/li>\n<li>Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis<\/li>\n<li>Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases<\/li>\n<li>Provide competitive analysis on various companies\u2019 market offerings, identify market trends, pricing\/business models, sales and methods of operation<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct<\/li>\n<li>Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices<\/li>\n<li>Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets<\/li>\n<li>Filter and \u201cclean\u201d data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems<\/li>\n<li>Work with management to prioritize business and information needs<\/li>\n<li>Locate and define new process improvement opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Collect data on consumers, competitors and marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations<\/li>\n<li>Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers\u2019 preferences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven working experience as a Research and data analyst or business data analyst.<\/li>\n<li>Critical-thinking skills \u2013 Must assess all available information to determine what marketing strategy would work best for a company.<\/li>\n<li>Detail oriented \u2013 Must be detail oriented because they often do precise data analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Ages 25-30 years (Female or Male)<\/li>\n<li>Technical Skills \u2013 Must have technical depth regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
