The Nigerian office has decided to start the search for candidates to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0QA\/QC Manager<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The QA\/QC Manager shall ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before the product reaches our customers. He\/she will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.<\/li>\n<li>The goal is to assure the high quality of our operations and services aiming to the long-term success of our business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Critically evaluate Quality systems to ensure that best practice is promoted<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, approve, monitor and review specifications for starting materials, finished products and packaging materials to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake and sign off risk assessments and develop options to manage risk within technical services.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that stability data is established and stability data files are maintained to support shelf lives and storage conditions assigned to each product prepared.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain, and ensure compliance with any accreditation obtained by QA\/QC staff.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all medicines manufactured are made in accordance with relevant National and Regional guidelines and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for ensuring that Health &amp; Safety are complied with and advise on safety issues as they relate to the use of chemicals.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement and monitor systems to ensure that all information required to run the Quality Service is in place.<\/li>\n<li>Lead risk assessment and documentation of major changes made to the Pharmacy Manufacturing services.<\/li>\n<li>Approve, monitor and review critical documentation such as Master Production worksheets and Standards Operating Procedures and associated documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Review test methods for chemical and microbiological testing.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the maintenance and further development of microbiological, physical and chemical monitoring programmes for all production and storage environments, equipment, processes, and staff.<\/li>\n<li>Establish sampling procedures to select or secure samples in accordance with specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Generate Certificates of Analysis on request to support the external supply of medicinal batch products.<\/li>\n<li>Establish storage requirements and evaluate storage conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Person\u2019s Specification<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Educations<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Pharmacy or other related fields<\/li>\n<li>Certification of quality control is a strong advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 6 years\u2019 experience with a multinational Pharmaceutical Company<\/li>\n<li>Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a QC Laboratory and a QA Department<\/li>\n<li>Experience of managing and developing a Quality Service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirement<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to identify problems, analyse root cause and propose solutions for complex problems<\/li>\n<li>High level of work organisation, self-motivation, drive for performance and improvement, and flexibility in approach and attitude<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should forward their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:preye@hamiltonlloydandassociates.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>preye@hamiltonlloydandassociates.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0kindly make the job title subject of the mail<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>9th May, 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NB:<\/strong>\u00a0Only successful candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hamilton Lloyd and Associates \u2013 Our client, a global pharmaceutical company with presence in Nigeria.
