{"id":55427,"date":"2018-05-02T10:46:39","date_gmt":"2018-05-02T09:46:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=55427"},"modified":"2018-05-02T10:46:39","modified_gmt":"2018-05-02T09:46:39","slug":"synergy-hr-solutions-limited-job-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/synergy-hr-solutions-limited-job-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"Synergy HR Solutions Limited Job Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Synergy HR Solutions Limited \u2013 Our clients a major player in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry requires the service of an Experience HR Business partner with proven track record.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Report to:<\/strong> Head, Human Resources<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nPosition Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions; act as a consultant on HR management and organizational changes, supporting all areas of the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.<\/li>\n<li>Work strategically and operationally with business segments in a business partnering capacity to ensure HR support is provided to enable them to meet their aims and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure implementation of HR initiatives within the business groups and provide proactive support and advice.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in people management.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and prepare development plans for key employees and high potential employees.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all HR related internal and external communication.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.<\/li>\n<li>Provide overall support, guidance and direction for the HR team in delivering an effective, efficient, proactive, HR service within the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.<\/li>\n<li>Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
