The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Logistics Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Req ID:<\/strong> 1325<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The SERVICE holder coordinates with project teams, and carries out the identification of transportation requirements for personnel movements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures the suitability of the transportation, initiates controls as necessary and implements corrective actions.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates logistics issues to project team and where necessary, liaises with project cost control, planning, contracts and quality functions to ensure optimised management of information.<\/li>\n<li>Manages the logistics ticket system (where applicable).<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates with Administration Manager to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with all applicable company directives, policies, and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Oversees PTS bookings and registrations.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates central PMT social events in conjunction with project communication entity.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures the tracking of Project personnel journey management (mobilisations and missions) to efficiently manage arrival and departure logistics by coordinating with DW Logistics and DW Security.<\/li>\n<li>Presents Periodic reports on the Logistics Management for the project.<\/li>\n<li>Overall Management of Transportation contracts and pool car management.<\/li>\n<li>Implements project approved documentation, policies, procedures, manuals and other related documents.<\/li>\n<li>Checks all invoices for logistics services against service requests made from the logistics office.<\/li>\n<li>Verifies, summarizes and submits invoices to the Management for certification.<\/li>\n<li>Submits payment requests for logistics services.<\/li>\n<li>Processes logistics requests from Packages and ensures follow-up action completed by the Logistics Assistant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma or Bachelors degree in relevant discipline<\/li>\n<li>4-5 years experience in related tasks<\/li>\n<li>Good team spirit and open communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Well organised, diligent and proactive.<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Office skills<\/li>\n<li>High level of accuracy with excellent attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Quick to learn new systems<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi task.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to get along with and work well with people at all levels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Primary Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc, Logistics, MS Office, MS Power Point, Oil &amp; Gas, Operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry.
