Manager (UPS, Data Center and IT infrastructure Solutions)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement business strategies to promote organization\u2019s products and ensure achievement of her business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage extensive corporate client portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with required officers to establish and achieve expected targets.<\/li>\n<li>Develop short, medium and long term marketing plans for the organization<\/li>\n<li>Understand and supervise the implementation of effective e-marketing and communication strategies to promote the company\u2019s products and services to generate expected revenue.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure the establishment and implementation of Actolog\u2019s product\u2019s advertising, sales promotion and marketing research objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate marketing targets to unit members, ensure appropriate documentation, monitor and evaluate performance and recommend appropriate reward or sanctions.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in formulating business development policies for management consideration.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the activities of marketing unit to ensure effective implementation of commercial policies and guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate unit\u2019s budget plans and execution.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual report\/Forecast on the Business direction of the company<\/li>\n<li>Report Directly to the MD\/CEO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum First degree related field.<\/li>\n<li>An MBA will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years ICT\/Datacenter Marketing experience out of which 3 years on a provable supervisory level<\/li>\n<li>Proposal\/Technical report packaging<\/li>\n<li>Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting<\/li>\n<li>Public Speaking, Research, Writing<\/li>\n<li>Sales Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales team members<\/li>\n<li>Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges<\/li>\n<li>Territory\/Sector Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0UPS Engineering\/Technical Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Confer with management, clients, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Direct, review, and approve product design and changes<\/li>\n<li>Development of people within the technical department and ensuring proper resource management and succession planning is in place.<\/li>\n<li>Pro-actively developing a supplier base in Nigeria creating local services for machining and buying spare parts.<\/li>\n<li>Securing the safety of people by continuously improving equipment safety and safe ways of working.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science<\/li>\n<li>At least 10 years of experience in an UPS engineering or technology role<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years\u2019 experience in project management of medium to large scale industrial projects<\/li>\n<li>Experience in working with different brands of power equipment<\/li>\n<li>High technical skills mixed with strong business acumen and influencing skills to lead and execute projects<\/li>\n<li>Experience in successfully communicating with senior leaders and customers, both verbally and in writing<\/li>\n<li>Progressive thinker, looking beyond current technology and developing and implementing innovation into the business.<\/li>\n<li>Innovator, visionary, team player, team builder and people developer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Characteristics:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience managing engineering teams<\/li>\n<li>Strong oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem analysis and resolution skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To
