We are known for the sales and manufacturing of home hardware(s) (internal and external doors, kitchen faucets and sanitary wares).<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Title: Marketing Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nNew Business Development:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.<\/li>\n<li>Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. * Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.<\/li>\n<li>Research and build relationships with new clients.<\/li>\n<li>Set up meetings between client decision makers and company\u2019s practice leaders\/Principals.<\/li>\n<li>Plan approaches and pitches. * Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client\u2019s needs, concerns, and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in pricing the solution\/service.<\/li>\n<li>Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. * Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Present an image that mirrors that of the client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Client Retention:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.<\/li>\n<li>Business Development Planning<\/li>\n<li>Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.<\/li>\n<li>Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.<\/li>\n<li>Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company\u2019s unique selling propositions and differentiators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Management and Research:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company\u2019s CRM or other sales management system.<\/li>\n<li>Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for quotation and follow-up with potential clients to get approval<\/li>\n<li>Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.<\/li>\n<li>Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.<\/li>\n<li>Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.<\/li>\n<li>Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company\u2019s people and capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the company\u2019s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company\u2019s performance.<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n11th May, 2018.<\/p>\n<section id=\"listing-fields\"><\/section>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should forward their CV&#8217;s in pdf format to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@hipothomes.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>recruitment@hipothomes.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hipothomes is located at 2, Dreamworld Africana way along Orchid Hotel road by 2nd toll gate, Eleganza, Lekki.
