Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is a 6-month paid learning experience with the team of passionate, fun and energetic people who save the day for 150 million customers one call at a time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquires via phone, email, on-line chat and one-one communication etc.<\/li>\n<li>Must effectively manage different communication channels:resolve customer complaints via all available phone, email.<\/li>\n<li>Direct or route customer calls to appropriate personnel for assistance.<\/li>\n<li>Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.<\/li>\n<li>Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within word-processing programs at a basic proficient level<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and able to work independently and in team environments<\/li>\n<li>Proficient skills with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task and manage several projects \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to recruit an up-and-coming videographer who wants to gain real world experience working on media projects that support corporate marketing objectives.<\/li>\n<li>This internship program is for 3 months and may be extended based on performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Components of the program include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Video Production Specialist in the creation and production of media content for the purposes of brand awareness and marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Complete post-production work including: assembling raw footage, research and assist in script-writing, video cutting and editing, music selection, delivery of rough and final products<\/li>\n<li>Consult with the director, industry experts, and other stakeholders throughout the post-production process<\/li>\n<li>Experiment with styles and techniques, including the design of graphic elements, and the editing of sound and
