Maryland, Ilupeju, Oshodi axis) Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nBrief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for professional cleaners able of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Roles<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all offices are cared for and inspected according to standards<\/li>\n<li>Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies<\/li>\n<li>Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances<\/li>\n<li>Deal with reasonable complaints\/requests with professionalism and patience<\/li>\n<li>Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a cleaner<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance<\/li>\n<li>Customer-oriented and friendly<\/li>\n<li>Prioritization and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Working quickly without compromising quality<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of English language<\/li>\n<li>Must have a minimum of SSCE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Office Assistant<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to assist in running daily Administrative Operations of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with logistics planning and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Handle organizational and minor clerical support task<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and maintain office supplies<\/li>\n<li>Perform work related errands as requested.<\/li>\n<li>Closing the office after work hours<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining supplies and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring Register Incoming and outgoing staff and visitors<\/li>\n<li>Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies<\/li>\n<li>Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues<\/li>\n<li>Perform other special project assignments as necessary to ensure that the office runs properly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of a Diploma Certificate or OND<\/li>\n<li>Neatness<\/li>\n<li>Punctuality<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Experience as an office assistant will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Good written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of OND in any related field<\/li>\n<li>Must reside In Lagos \u2013 Resident in Ikeja GRA ,Oshodi, Maryland ,Ilupeju, Victoria Island, Obalende environs will be
