Established in 1994, ARM started operations as a traditional asset management company specialising in the management of quoted equities and fixed income securities.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Front Desk Officer (Graduate Trainee)<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer phone calls to the switch board, screen, and direct calls per Office protocol in a professional manner<\/li>\n<li>Interact with clients, vendors and visitors and co-ordinate and flow of guests at the Front Desk Area<\/li>\n<li>Ensure meeting rooms are clean and tidy<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support<\/li>\n<li>Attending to Account Executive requests promptly<\/li>\n<li>Processing account opening documentation, direct debit set up &amp; termination and redemption requests, change of address requests<\/li>\n<li>Respond to client\u2019s email as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum \u2013 HND<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data Gathering and Analysis<\/li>\n<li>External Environment &amp; Market Analysis<\/li>\n<li>Record Management<\/li>\n<li>Customer Relationship Management<\/li>\n<li>Service Quality Maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Service Level Management<\/li>\n<li>Show Of Empathy<\/li>\n<li>Business\/operational Strategy<\/li>\n<li>Budget Planning &amp; Control<\/li>\n<li>Process Improvement<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>13th May, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ARM Life is the insurance subsidiary of Asset &amp; Resource Management Company Ltd (ARM).
