DKT International is one of the largest private providers of family planning and reproductive health products and services in the developing world.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a smart, dynamic and committed individual to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Brand Manager \u2013 Condoms<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to<\/strong>: Marketing Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are set to recruit a Brand Manager \u2013 Condoms. We have a challenging and inspirational mission to improve the family planning and HIV\/AIDS prevention in Nigeria through social marketing and promotion &amp; distribution of our products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities\/Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for brand\/category building, liaising with agencies, identifying business partnerships and organising promotional activities aimed at achieving KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing above-the-line activities including TV, Radio, outdoor publications, print etc.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee below the line activities including banners, stickers, promotions etc.<\/li>\n<li>Drive content for social media marketing (including Facebook, twitter, all social media, blog, website etc.) for the brands and executing accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor market trends, research competitor activities and identify opportunities or key issues.<\/li>\n<li>Lead creative development of promotional materials that will motivate target audience to purchase your brand.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of brand marketing plan, brand sales analysis and follow-up for strategic implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications\/Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least three years of relevant working experience as a brand manager preferably in alcohol, tobacco or condoms industry.<\/li>\n<li>Sales oriented and driven.<\/li>\n<li>University degree in a related field<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills (oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>Advanced presentation and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong social media knowledge and presence<\/li>\n<li>Highly creative with ability to think out of the box.<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing practices.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft office suite programs \u2013 Microsoft word, Power-point and Excel<\/li>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@dktnigeria.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@dktnigeria.org<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Using \u201cBrand Manager \u2013 Condoms\u201d as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>10th May, 2018.<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DKT International is a social marketing organization whose core mission is the provision of safe and affordable options for family planning and HIV\/AIDS prevention.
