We are committed to building and developing our people towards realizing their full potentials.<\/p>\n<p>One of our businesses, Grand Cereals Limited, an integrated foods company whose primary activity is the creation of superior value from local raw materials, with leading brands in the Cereals, Vegetable Oil and Animal Feed categories requires the position of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Regional Manager, North-West<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Kano<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nKey Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the Regional Sales activities of the North West to meet set targets on Volume<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment of new farms and maintenance of the existing ones.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor Key Distributors activities to enhance high level of performance leading to achievement of the highest level of Value per account.<\/li>\n<li>Manage Sales Team through constant monitoring of the activities of Field Sales Managers, Field Sales Executives ( as the case may be) and Canvassers.<\/li>\n<li>Control all sales expenses in the region and ensures that they are kept within approved budget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competency Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Knowledge And Skills<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Animal nutrition and reproduction<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation skill<\/li>\n<li>Competitive intelligence skill.<\/li>\n<li>Aggressive selling skills<\/li>\n<li>Leadership skill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Attributes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>External Orientation<\/li>\n<li>Persuasive Influence<\/li>\n<li>Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Adaptive Influence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Specification\/ Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Educational Requirement<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Animal Production, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agric.
