We have learning programs to fit any family\u2019s needs and preferences \u2013 whether it\u2019s in-home tutoring or online test prep.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Private Tutor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos (Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nWe are seeking to recruit tutors in the following categories:<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>1.)\u00a0 Nursery:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Teachers at this level of education need to be very efficient as it forms the basis of a child educational foundations, this is where most children learn how to read and write also other cognitive activities required of them as a person.<\/li>\n<li>Tutors in this category should be females and must be familiar with the follow subjects, Numeracy, Literacy, Diction, Phonics, Nelsons Handwriting etc.<\/li>\n<li>Also it is a key stage in the British Curriculum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.)\u00a0 Lower Primary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is another interesting level of education, mostly children at this age can recognize words and numbers, most of them can also read and write without any supervision, but they require constant training at the point.<\/li>\n<li>Tutors dealing with this level of education must observe caution at all times, Gender preference is really not a case here, and Tutor should be familiar with English, Mathematics, Verbal and Quantitative Reasoning etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.)\u00a0 Upper Primary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Most pupils at this level understand the need for education, they are willing to learn, and some might be visual learners, audio learners or kinaesthetic learners you just need to find out where your tutee falls to teach as to that regard.<\/li>\n<li>This stage also forms the basis for entry into the secondary education so avid grooming is required.<\/li>\n<li>Tutors must be familiar with all primary subjects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4.)\u00a0 Junior Secondary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At this level, tutors need to be firm and smart.<\/li>\n<li>They include varieties and ranges of subjects from Sciences to Commercials to Arts which is a strong base as to what the tutee studies at the tertiary level of education.<\/li>\n<li>Tutors must be familiar with English Language, Mathematics, Business Studies, Basic Technology, Basic Sciences, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5.)\u00a0 Senior Secondary:<\/strong><br \/>\nThis Level of Education is divided in three different parts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sciences- Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Information Technology, Agricultural Science<\/li>\n<li>Commercial \u2013 Financial Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Geography, Shorthand<\/li>\n<li>Arts- Fine arts, Music, Government, History, English Literature, Religious Studies, Languages<\/li>\n<li>Tutors at this level should be able to teach subjects from SS1-SS3.<\/li>\n<li>No Gender Preferences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6.)\u00a0 Special Needs:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At this level we require tutors who are professionally trained to handle students with special needs.<\/li>\n<li>They include students with: Autism, Down syndrome, Dyslexia, Learning Difference, Processing Disorder, Asperger\u2019s Syndrome, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>7.)\u00a0 Exam Specific<\/strong><br \/>\nFor Examinations like:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ICAN, SAT, GRE, GMAT, IGCSE, TOEFL, ACCA, IELTS, CIPM, PMP, AED, PTE, IB<\/li>\n<li>Tutors must have had prior experiences teaching someone at that particular level and making sure the tutee was a success at the examination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/prepclass.com.ng\/tutors\/register\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prepclass is an academic solutions provider offering a customized learning program for each and every student.
