Our ultimate aim is to create a new cadre of confident female leaders who are committed to making a positive difference.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Front Desk Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Functions\/Expectations<\/strong><br \/>\nProvide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the school:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive, direct and relay telephone messages<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls<\/li>\n<li>Make preparations for Management meetings<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies<\/li>\n<li>Respond to public inquiries about the school<\/li>\n<li>Provide word processing and secretarial support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Perform clerical duties in order to maintain Nobel Hall\u2019s Administration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor the use of supplies and equipment<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Executive Director and other staff as requested<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative services for the Executive Director<\/li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as require.<\/li>\n<li>Performs receptionist functions<\/li>\n<li>Greet, assist and\/or direct students, visitors and the general public<\/li>\n<li>Support the Executive Director and other staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@noblehall.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>info@noblehall.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>15th May, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Noble Hall Leadership Academy for Girls, is a school dedicated to educating the total person \u2013 intellectual, spiritually, socially, physically and emotionally.
