Through our people, leadership development, services, technology and scale, GE delivers better outcomes for global customers by speaking the language of industry.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0DCS &amp; Cyber Security Account Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Locations:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Nigeria, and Johannesburg \u2013 South Africa<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Function<\/strong>: Sales<br \/>\n<strong>Business Segment<\/strong>: Oil &amp; Gas Digital Solutions<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nRole Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer facing staff responsible for winning business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, maintain good customer relationship within engineering, maintenance &amp; operations team to achieve assigned OP (operating Plan)<\/li>\n<li>Develop channel partner relationships using a Win\/Win approach in managing the sales territory<\/li>\n<li>Engagement with BHGE OTR team to ensure flawless execution of projects<\/li>\n<li>Fully utilize external &amp; internal resources to drive business growth and customer relationship promotion thru Enterprise-Selling solutions, and achieve cross segment synergy growth<\/li>\n<li>Identify, conduct and develop new pipeline of opportunities leveraging install base for retrofit, upgrade and after service business<\/li>\n<li>Explore and create sales opportunities in industry that with profitable growth while building short team and long-term growth pipeline<\/li>\n<li>Provide market technical requirements feedback to the product lines for NPI and product development<\/li>\n<li>Positioning BHGE Nexus DCS &amp; Cybersecurity as the customer\u2019s best resource for automation &amp; control solution, machinery protection and information management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications\/Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree or above in Engineering\/or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>5 + years\u2019 distributed control systems sales experience in power &amp; OG Industry<\/li>\n<li>Must have valid authorization to work full-time without any restriction in the role\u2019s location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Characteristics<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence others and lead small teams<\/li>\n<li>Good control solution knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer centricity with result-oriented mindset<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop relationship at all levels of customer organization<\/li>\n<li>Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact<\/li>\n<li>Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Effective problem identification and solution skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven analytical and organizational ability<\/li>\n<li>Willing to take risk and challenge with strong passion to win<\/li>\n<li>Practical understanding of the control system market and what customers desire<\/li>\n<li>Ability and willingness to travel greater than 50% of the time across SSA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.gecareers.com\/ShowJob\/Id\/38766\/DCS-Cyber-Security-Account-Manager-(-Nigeria-and-SA)\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GE is the world\u2019s Digital Industrial Company, transforming industry with software-defined machines and solutions that are connected, responsive and predictive.
