As a leading professional services firm, we have much to contribute to public policy, business and society throughout the world.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Structural Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Imo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead structural engineering teams involved with the engineering design and optimization of complex building structures<\/li>\n<li>Monitor quality of work and keep a pulse on client expectations and requirements to ensure efficient project delivery<\/li>\n<li>Understand trends and best practices in the structural discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Provide advice and be the sounding board for other team members<\/li>\n<li>Develop individuals in their technical specialization<\/li>\n<li>Recognize technical contribution in teams<\/li>\n<li>Develop eminence (growing reputation) within Practice\/Region<\/li>\n<li>Support\/teach creativity and innovation in teams.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in local Professional Associations.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and design structural elements and systems for steel, concrete, timber and masonry in accordance with building code and design standards.<\/li>\n<li>Perform complex analytical procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with multiple disciplines and work in conjunction with project managers to help complete assigned tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Write reports, letters, project narratives, etc. for internal and external purposes based on findings.<\/li>\n<li>Attend design meetings and communicate with clients to establish their needs and discuss design issues with them.<\/li>\n<li>Present technical material for review by technical and non-technical audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Manage commercial performance on your projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/M.Sc in Civil\/Structural Engineering.
