{"id":56152,"date":"2018-05-09T10:09:20","date_gmt":"2018-05-09T09:09:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=56152"},"modified":"2018-05-09T10:10:52","modified_gmt":"2018-05-09T09:10:52","slug":"rossetti-tiles-limited-new-job-opening","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/rossetti-tiles-limited-new-job-opening.html","title":{"rendered":"Rossetti Tiles Limited New Job Opening"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Rossetti Tiles Limited \u2013\u00a0 We are a tile distribution company with focus on providing the best value for our customers through exceptional customer service and innovative products.<\/p>\n<p>Rossetti Tiles Limited is a leader in innovative tiles distribution and top manufacturers\u2019 representative worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Branch Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee and manage the operations of the Branch<\/li>\n<li>Execute and supervise the Sales team towards delivering on the assigned sales target, while maximizing profitability<\/li>\n<li>Expand customer base \u2013 sign-on of new customers and increase business from existing customers<\/li>\n<li>Sell entire range of company products to walk in customers as well as through marketing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Detailed Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and supervise the entire team in the Branch towards achieving all company objectives for the Branch<\/li>\n<li>Identify and visit prospective customers to pitch company products (tiles and other building finishing products) and generate sales revenue (through cold and warm calling)<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on sales leads from existing or new customers and generate revenue to meet assigned targets<\/li>\n<li>Build a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales<\/li>\n<li>Achieve set monthly sales and revenue targets for the branch.<\/li>\n<li>Create &amp; maintain database of all customer categories \u2013 architects, contractors, engineers\u2019 contacts who could benefit from the company\u2019s business.<\/li>\n<li>Regular marketing visit to building construction sites to liaise with architects, contractors and building engineers.<\/li>\n<li>Respond and follow up on customer enquiries that originate through phone calls, social media, etc and resolve any customer issues<\/li>\n<li>Deliver post-sales services to ensure client satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit periodic sales, calls and marketing reports<\/li>\n<li>Track competition product pricing &amp; strategies towards achieving improvements in competitiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Attend and represent the company at trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with other members of the office team across stations to meet company objectives<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reports and send as required<\/li>\n<li>Promptly process all received customer orders following confirmation of order through payment<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and thoroughly check all customer orders to ensure accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Deliver technical presentations on company products; demonstrating how the products will meet client needs<\/li>\n<li>Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education where and when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Generate proposals or tenders according to client\u2019s specifications when required.<\/li>\n<li>Generate accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales.<\/li>\n<li>Create invoices, receipts and delivery notes accurately for every transaction<\/li>\n<li>Update and record sales transactions using Microsoft Office and Palladium\u00ae<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An HND or University Degree in any Science or Social Science course<\/li>\n<li>Ability to express self and speak confidently, including command of English.
