We offer engineering, design, procurement, steel and fabrication services as well as provide customized integrated services specific to clients, to include cost-effective delivery.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Executive<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A competitive field sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. Builds business by identifying prospects needs and selling company\u2019s products.<\/li>\n<li>The sales officer is also responsible for maintaining relationships with clients. Creating strategic ways to increase sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands firm\u2019s customer base and ensures strong presence<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a database of existing and potential Clients.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company\u2019s customer base and ensure its strong presence<\/li>\n<li>Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs<\/li>\n<li>Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team<\/li>\n<li>Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status<\/li>\n<li>Produce material for online and\/or print publication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Specification and Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum B.Sc or BA Degree equivalent in recognized institution<\/li>\n<li>Masters Degree is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close<\/li>\n<li>Strong business sense and industry expertise<\/li>\n<li>At lease 3 years of experience in a business development or marketing role, ideally in a similar firm or large servicing firm.<\/li>\n<li>Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competent<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administration<\/li>\n<li>People Managing<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills are required<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation skills;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively multi-task<\/li>\n<li>Report Writing<\/li>\n<li>Analytical Skills<\/li>\n<li>Organizational Skills<\/li>\n<li>Project management<\/li>\n<li>Must be organized and work well in a team environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@questoilgroup.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@questoilgroup.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>18th May, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Quest Oil and Engineering Services Limited \u2013 We are on a Quest to build a thriving business in the Oil and Engineering Industry.
