With joining MainOne you\u2019ll be challenged, inspired and proud as you become a part of something big.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Cloud Support Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Department<\/strong>: Technical<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting Line<\/strong>: Cloud Operations Manager<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Cloud support analyst will be responsible for providing first level support to MainOne cloud &amp; Managed services customers in line with Customer SLA requirement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The specific responsibilities shall include to<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with the GNOC team, Cloud operations team as well as the Managed services team in a shift system to provide 24\/7 support to Cloud customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality, up-to-date documentation exists for all service arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Comply with support processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and service level objectives (SLO) are met.<\/li>\n<li>Provide first level support for cloud customer complaints<\/li>\n<li>Support ticket \/ queue management<\/li>\n<li>Identify, recommend and implement potential improvements to service efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Skills &amp; Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Management or related engineering field is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in a virtualization &amp; cloud environment.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience working with Microsoft system centre 2012<\/li>\n<li>Experience working on Hyper-V and Active directory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Demand on the Job:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Ability to take ownership<\/li>\n<li>Prioritizing skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/career.mainone.net\/vacancies\/view\/9\/CS-TECH-005\/cloud-support-officer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MainOne\u2019s success is built on having talented and highly proficient people within their respective fields as the driving force behind our business A job in MainOne is different from any&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[2690],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
