an 800 MW solar panel factory; 300 MW in projects operating or under construction; and a multi-GW pipeline, including the world\u2019s largest off-grid solar projects and the lowest cost Solar Power Purchase Agreements in East Asia.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Development Officer \u2013 Africa<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solar Philippines is looking for passionate and talented individuals to grow its Business Development Team to drive the development of the company\u2019s strategy and positioning within the distributed generation business, and to help implement this strategy by coordinating the creation of new commercial partnerships as well as innovative product, service offers and channel structures.<\/li>\n<li>The Business Development Team will be responsible for analyzing and prioritizing market opportunities across businesses and applications, proposing appropriate go-to-market strategies and business models, and orchestrating the execution of the resultant strategy in an interdisciplinary fashion across a number of line and support organizations.<\/li>\n<li>This position requires a combination of individual and team skills, with a proven ability to balance competing factors and drive complex projects in a fast-moving, dynamic market environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Market Insight \u2013 provides insight to HQ, and acts upon deep market insight including stakeholders, trends, tariffs, market leaders, regulations, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Market Strategy \u2013 evaluates the commercial, technical, and legal feasibility of utility-scale, rooftop, and microgrid solar projects, then pursues viable opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Partnerships \u2013 identifies potential development partners, structures deals, and closes them<\/li>\n<li>Bids and Proposals \u2013 scouts for calls for bids\/ proposals\/tenders, analyzes their commercial\/legal\/technical feasibility by coordinating with respective teams from Head Quarters, then leads in participation in these programs<\/li>\n<li>Set \u2013 Up \u2013 responsible for company set-up, including engaging with legal \/ tax advisers, corporate structuring, and incorpotation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/666179186\/?eBP=NotAvailableFromVoyagerAPI&amp;refId=ember917&amp;trk=d_flagship3_search_srp_jobs&amp;lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_search_srp_jobs%3Bo7Hj2%2FnhRAK83vky%2FPS%2Ftw%3D%3D&amp;licu=urn%3Ali%3Acontrol%3Ad_flagship3_search_srp_jobs-A_jobssearch_job_result_click&amp;lici=BCK%2B54GTRU2StSwpnYQOMw%3D%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Solar Philippines is Southeast Asia\u2019s largest solar company and only integrated Developer, Investor, Manufacturer, and EPC, with 600 employees;
