It was established with the aim of providing support to companies, government and non-governmental organizations in the form of business consulting and innovation support.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Receptionist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Receptionist will play a key role in the day-to-day smooth running of our office, maintaining high standards which reflect the professional and premium image of the company.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she is responsible for organizing, coordinating reception and office management procedures timely, efficiently and pro-actively.<\/li>\n<li>This role is an important point of contact for staff queries as well as creating a positive and welcoming environment for GRAND FSL visitors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other key responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meeting &amp; Greeting Visitors.<\/li>\n<li>Manage visitor\u2019s access card procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for ensuring that the reception area is always kept clean, tidy and to the expected standard, free from clutter.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping inter call account up to date.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the maintenance and management of the conference room bookings system.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that meeting rooms are kept to the required standards.<\/li>\n<li>Report faults found within the office i.e. plumbing, printers, air condition\u2026 and follow the necessary resolution procedure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of OND in Public Administration, Human Relations or any related field.<\/li>\n<li>HND \/ B.Sc in any field is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a resident of IBADAN or be willing to relocate to IBADAN.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>She\/he must be friendly and welcoming.<\/li>\n<li>IT competence and computer literacy.<\/li>\n<li>Written and oral communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n2nd July, 2018.<\/p>\n<section id=\"listing-fields\"><\/section>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV&#8217;s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hellen@grandfinancials.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>hellen@grandfinancials.com.ng<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Grand Financial Services Limited is a consulting company that brings together a number of experts in various fields of business.
