Asseco Group companies are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange as well as on the American NASDAQ Global Markets.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Sales Professional<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This role is responsible for implementing Asseco\u2019s enterprise technology solutions at large organisations within the region. Involvement is from solution design, architecture, implementation, solution testing and go-live phases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding customers\u2019 diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs;<\/li>\n<li>Presenting and demonstrating Asseco solutions to technical and business decision makers in the industry;<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls;<\/li>\n<li>Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of Asseco\u2019s systems and processes, and then documenting them;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently;<\/li>\n<li>Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and through attending industry events;<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems and peripherals;<\/li>\n<li>Providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale;<\/li>\n<li>Advising on software features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts;<\/li>\n<li>Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets;<\/li>\n<li>Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades;<\/li>\n<li>Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature;<\/li>\n<li>Managing your own diary in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals;<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to team or progress meetings and updating Management;<\/li>\n<li>Identifying opportunities across the industries covered and prioritizing among them to achieve best results;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of successful work experience as business analyst, presales or sales professional in an IT company.<\/li>\n<li>University degree or equivalent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills Required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate is expected to possess industry knowledge in commercial sector covering Financial Services (particularly insurance and capital markets)<\/li>\n<li>Candidate is expected to perform independent research and analysis on Asseco and its products and services;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent demonstrations and Presentation skills;<\/li>\n<li>Good pre-sales experience;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify business opportunities and proffer solutions that are of value to our customers through our products and services;<\/li>\n<li>Solid Territory Management and Account planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify potential customers(customer acquisition management) and retain them as esteemed Asseco clients;<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should possess leadership skills and ability to work within a local and virtual team;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in working with local technology companies as business partners;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure, to multitask, to focus and to deliver results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Package:<br \/>\nCompetitive, based on experience and subject to negotiation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asseco Software Nigeria is subsidiary if the Asseco Group.
