social media and in-house collateral is cost-effectively designed and delivered to agreed standards and deadlines from concept to fruition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main Roles &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All activities are to be carried out within the policies and procedures of the group as set out in the Employee Handbook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as guardian of the Pork Money Nigeria brand and all associated brands with active input into the evolution of each brand<\/li>\n<li>Design point of sale items from concept through to the finished product and all intermediate stages<\/li>\n<li>Design product packaging from concept to print ready artwork<\/li>\n<li>Visualisation and mock ups \u2013 produce graphic and physical examples of products and site installations<\/li>\n<li>Undertake advertising and promotional design for online, print and promotional products from concept to production ready artwork<\/li>\n<li>Undertake photography of product packaging for use in marketing and sales collateral<\/li>\n<li>Photo retouching<\/li>\n<li>Proofing of packaging (colour, standard and presentation) prior to print Manage approvals of licensed artwork ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES<\/li>\n<li>Manage and keep up to date the in\u2013house image library<\/li>\n<li>Maintain in-house CI\/branding and collateral<\/li>\n<li>Work with marketing team to supply marketing material, both printed and online<\/li>\n<li>Print procurement \u2013 source providers and maintain up-to-date knowledge of prices, materials, processes and deadlines\/delivery, as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>AD HOC Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design graphics for motorsport vehicles and supervision of fitting, as required<\/li>\n<li>Photography for the team as required<\/li>\n<li>Manage and deliver of ad hoc design related projects<\/li>\n<li>Manage of art work from third party studios with packaging producers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Area Essential Desirable Competency<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience Ability to demonstrate competency in graphic design through presentation of portfolio:<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable commercial awareness in the design to print process<\/li>\n<li>Competency in delivering excellent customer service (in house or external)<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in managing multiple projects\/ tasks and delivering to demanding deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in food packaging design &amp; production<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge Knowledge of the print process and preparing \u2018print ready\u2019 designs<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and advanced use of Adobe Creative suite (illustrator, Photoshop and In-design)<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate level in Microsoft Office\/ Outlook and related software: especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Photography and use of a DSLR camera<\/li>\n<li>Premier or other video editing<\/li>\n<li>HTML and CSS Adobe Flash &amp;
