{"id":56605,"date":"2018-05-15T09:27:49","date_gmt":"2018-05-15T08:27:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=56605"},"modified":"2018-05-15T09:27:49","modified_gmt":"2018-05-15T08:27:49","slug":"protaxi-nigeria-job-vacancy-2-positions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/protaxi-nigeria-job-vacancy-2-positions.html","title":{"rendered":"Protaxi Nigeria Job Vacancy [2 Positions]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Protaxi is an e-booking app that provides affordable rides by the click of a button within Lagos State.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Customer Care Representative<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Do you have the ability to provide excellent Customer service to all clients?<\/li>\n<li>Are you willing to make external calls daily to potential and existing clients?<\/li>\n<li>If you are a people person and have a passion for sales, you are just what we are looking for.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Call existing and potential clients daily to promote service and provide information.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with customer bookings and drivers daily via phone calls.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to email and phone inquiries efficiently and politely.<\/li>\n<li>Increase and update phone number contacts list daily.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up and resolve customer complains.<\/li>\n<li>Bulk SMS content generation and WhatsApp broadcasting.<\/li>\n<li>Update new and existing customer information.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and escalate priority issues.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with customer satisfaction when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Represent company at events.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate information and feedbacks to all departments.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare weekly report on mobile marketing activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>People person, friendly and respectful.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to convince people and make sales.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Microsoft office.<\/li>\n<li>Good Team player.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Minimum Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A B.Sc, HND or OND.<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years experience in sales, call center or customer care is desired.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Digital Marketer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking for a suitable and qualified Digital Marketer, who can work efficiently under pressure and has the technical and creative skills to promote sales and increase brand awareness through ever-changing business practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement SEO strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Create modern and consistent graphics for social media, in line with the brand image.<\/li>\n<li>Create content and present new marketing platforms and strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to customer messages and engagements via social media.<\/li>\n<li>Develop videos, gifs, articles and content for blogs.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, analyze and report content success on each platform weekly.<\/li>\n<li>Generate Newsletter content, schedule, design and send to mailing list.<\/li>\n<li>Manage marketing ads campaign.<\/li>\n<li>Drive traffic to company website.<\/li>\n<li>Increase Mailing list daily.<\/li>\n<li>Stay commercially and technologically aware of new social media trends, web technologies and digital marketing trends;
