The Company is headquartered in Portharcourt, Rivers State Nigeria and was incorporated on 11<sup>th<\/sup>August 1993. \u00a0RC NO. 228319.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Account Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Port Harcourt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that accounting entries are entered accurately into the accounting software.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing periodic financial reports that compare budget costs and actual costs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all documents and their respective supports are filed appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Documenting financial transactions by entering account information.<\/li>\n<li>Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.<\/li>\n<li>Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information<\/li>\n<li>Tracking all receivables and liaise with appropriate departments for collections<\/li>\n<li>Manage inventory by liaising with production department.<\/li>\n<li>Report to the Accountant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc.\/HND in Accounting with a minimum of 1-year experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use accounting software is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with audit preparations is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Other professional qualifications are an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You must be:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-starting, intelligent and interested learner<\/li>\n<li>Assertive and proactive: willing and ready to learn with a positive attitude<\/li>\n<li>Able to multi-task, prioritize with good business acumen and work in a fast-paced environment with high volume demands<\/li>\n<li>Strong Analytical and Communication Skills<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in small teams and in a flexible work environment<\/li>\n<li>Must Reside in Port Harcourt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>50,000-70,000 base on candidates performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidate should forward their Cover Letter and CV to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:clevajohemp@gmail.com\">clevajohemp@gmail.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>31st May, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Benejaf international limited is an Engineering and Construction Company that provides services in Oil and Gas, Civil works and General contacts.
