We provide both residential, commercial, industrial, onshore and offshore facilities management in a reliable and professional manner whilst making customer satisfaction our top most priority.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title:\u00a0<\/b><strong>Steward\/Executive Housekeeper\/Offshore Cleaners<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong>: Offshore<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for professional cleaners able of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key Roles:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing<\/li>\n<li>Maintain housekeeping standards in accommodation areas\/house boat<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all offices\/vessels\/badges are cared for and inspected according to standards<\/li>\n<li>Wash windows as scheduled<\/li>\n<li>Sort, wash, load and unload laundry<\/li>\n<li>Iron and press clothing and linen<\/li>\n<li>Sort, fold and put away clean laundry<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the unloading of supplies\/offshore materials<\/li>\n<li>Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies<\/li>\n<li>Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that all communal areas are clean and tidy<\/li>\n<li>Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance<\/li>\n<li>Working quickly without compromising quality<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of English language<\/li>\n<li>Must have a minimum of SSCE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer focus<\/li>\n<li>Reliability<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability<\/li>\n<li>Planning and organizing<\/li>\n<li>Team work<\/li>\n<li>Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Honesty<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How to Apply<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<b><a href=\"mailto:achusettsgroup@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">achusettsgroup@gmail.com<\/a><\/b>\u00a0with \u201cJob Title\u201d as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/b><span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_973925329\"><span class=\"aQJ\">30th may, 2018<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Offer competitive benefit and compensation packages.<\/li>\n<li>We have equal employment opportunity and drug free work place.
