Due to the recent expansion of its business operations, the company seeks to hire professionals with cognate experience to join its team in the capacity below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title<\/strong>:\u00a0<strong>Branch Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Locations<\/strong>:\u00a0Abuja, Lagos, Aba \u2013 Abia, Port Harcourt \u2013 Rivers, and Ghana<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>As the Branch Manager you will<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Co-ordinate the day-to-day operations of the branch by ensuring that staff and resources are optimally managed.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all the functions of a branch office and these include but not limited to; ensuring that the company\u2019s target is achieved<\/li>\n<li>Building a rapport with the state\/communities\/organization in order to attract Charter businesses<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining an effective branch budget and ensure that the branch is in compliance with the Company policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure Branch comply to schedule and take off time<\/li>\n<li>Champion the delivery of a superior customer experience across all service delivery points of the branch.<\/li>\n<li>Review staff performance and make appropriate recommendations as well as coach branch staff to achieve required performance level.<\/li>\n<li>Provides periodic reports to the Head of Operation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure complete utilization of buses in the branch to meet target<\/li>\n<li>Identify competition and adopt strategies to surpass it.<\/li>\n<li>In conjunction with the Marketing department design products that will attract and retain our customers.<\/li>\n<li>Attract regular patronage of passengers and corporate organizations through aggressive marketing and quality service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that the branch office is properly staffed and that the staff are trained to meet customer service needs as well as sales objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<li>7 years of relevant experience, 4 years in branch management in a Transport and Logistic Firm or 7 years in Marketing of services in a Transport and Logistic Firm<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent leadership and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly attentive to detail with excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Results-oriented, with the ability to motivate the team to be consistent with performance<\/li>\n<li>Excellent marketing skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their detailed CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:vodstraltd@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>vodstraltd@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0,\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@chiscogroupng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@chiscogroupng.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title and Location as the subject of the e-mail.
