We have learning programs to fit any family\u2019s needs and preferences \u2013 whether it\u2019s in-home tutoring or online test prep.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Telesales Representative<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company.<\/li>\n<li>You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.<\/li>\n<li>An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.<\/li>\n<li>They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.<\/li>\n<li>The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service usingn scripts<\/li>\n<li>Take and process orders in an accurate manner<\/li>\n<li>Handle grievances to preserve the company\u2019s reputation<\/li>\n<li>Go the \u201cextra mile\u201d to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information<\/li>\n<li>Answer questions about products or the company<\/li>\n<li>Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales<\/li>\n<li>Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed<\/li>\n<li>Enter and update customer information in the database<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales\/customer service role<\/li>\n<li>Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints<\/li>\n<li>High school diploma; BSc\/BA will be a plus<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Excel, Microsoft word) and telephone systems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to learn about products and services and describe\/explain them to prospects<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of English Language<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfbCeVkoGmA8jjpygqQhAJjYCGU-r5Ixq5bFd9291wxu2rTpw\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>1st June, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prepclass is an academic solutions provider offering a customized learning program for each and every student.
