Role holder will work with one of our partners and responsible for the following:<\/p>\n<p>Fleet Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure qualitative repair and maintenance jobs are done on all Company vehicle<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all Company\u2019s vehicles carry all legally required documents<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the Fleet Management System to meet Management\u2019s Information requirement<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all vehicle data\/records are kept and up to date<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all Company parking facilities are properly maintained<\/li>\n<li>Assist in vehicle incident investigation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure prompt payment of other fleet usage and proper usage of the executive fleet services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Driver\u2019s Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Skill assessment, selection and training<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper deployment of drivers and effective conflict resolution of driver issues<\/li>\n<li>Welfare management of drivers in collaboration with partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vendor Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining relationship with Vendors towards having mutual benefits for all parties (Airtel, Vendor and Staff)<\/li>\n<li>Effective Vendor Management -Vehicle Leasing Services Provider<\/li>\n<li>Information sharing to ensure best practices in service delivery and welfare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Budget Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To prepare Annual Fleet Operational Budget (Outsourced Fleet and Company Fleet<\/li>\n<li>Compute, allocate and maintain Fleet Management costs in line with approved Budgets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desirable Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>People person<\/li>\n<li>Metrics oriented<\/li>\n<li>Accountability<\/li>\n<li>Must have high ethical standards<\/li>\n<li>Abiliy to multi-task<\/li>\n<li>Possess a thick skin<\/li>\n<li>Good listening skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>25th May, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Airtel Nigeria (Airtel Networks Limited), a leading mobile telecommunication services provider in Nigeria and a member of Airtel Africa Group, is committed to providing innovative, exciting, affordable and quality mobile&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[73],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
