We provide bespoke security solutions to individuals and corporate bodies across Nigeria and beyond.<\/p>\n<p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Security Officer<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Ajah-Ilaje, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nEncompasses but are not restricted to the following duties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guard duties at assigned beat\/location.<\/li>\n<li>Apprehend and\/or evict hostile persons from company premises, applying minimum force when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Write reports of daily occurrences and issues such as items coming in\/going out, property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences in the Log Book.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor access control points, Carry out random patrols and monitor the premises to prevent intrusion, stealing, work-place violence, and\/or violation of rules.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to prevent larceny and maintain security\/safety.<\/li>\n<li>Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information.<\/li>\n<li>Make use of devices gadgets such as hand held metal\/bomb detectors to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited materials into restricted areas and to ensure that doors, windows, and gates are protected\/shut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Physically and mentally fit.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 private security experience.<\/li>\n<li>Must be at least 22 years old and not more than 40 years.<\/li>\n<li>Ex-military and para-military personnel have an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Disciplined, Confident, Vibrant, Intelligent, Analytical &amp; medically fit Nigerian,<\/li>\n<li>Height: 1.7 meters and above.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills \u2013 ability to speak fluently, read and write legibly.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of WAEC\/SSCE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should email their Applications\/Cover Letter\u2019s and a copy of their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@macgregolsecurity.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@macgregolsecurity.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>25th May, 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please quote position and location applied for as Subject of the email.
