The company\u2019s objective is to revolutionize the real estate industry to the point where participation is feasible across all classes of income.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Mechanical &amp; Electrical Engineer \u2013 Trainee<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Scope &amp; Dimension<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining mechanical and electrical control systems and\/or components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality and sustainability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description\/Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and study construction drawings and specifications of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure conformity with company standards and customer requirements during all installations and construction activities.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee development project construction activities to ensure satisfactory completion, on time and within budget<\/li>\n<li>Supervise coordinate and assign service staff and contractors in the execution of development projects.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate ongoing mechanical and electrical installation, testing activities and maintenance, support to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and company standards and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect completed mechanical and electrical installations, document all observations and recommend improvements to ensure conformance with design specifications, operational and safety standards.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare material specifications and budgets for purchase of mechanical and electrical materials and equipment for construction activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@cmbnigeria.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@cmbnigeria.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>23rd May, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CMB Building, Maintenance &amp; Investment Co.
