below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Quality Control Coordinator<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver quality laboratory services to the factory (Production and Processing) and Research &amp; Development departments<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the right analysis (method and sampling plans) are performed to the product, raw materials and packaging materials to guarantee product and process safety and conformity<\/li>\n<li>Ensures Food Safety &amp; Conformity of all products delivered to the market<\/li>\n<li>Defines the sampling plans of all raws, packs, intermediate and finished products<\/li>\n<li>Provides methodology, procedures &amp; results to validate the plant processes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all analyses results are properly captured, documented and reported, in the appropriate formats and within required timings.<\/li>\n<li>Provides Quality &amp; Production teams with relevant QC data and trends to drive quality<\/li>\n<li>Optimise the Laboratory in its four dimensions: efficiency (speed), analytical performance, expertise\/skills (training) and cost<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of Laboratory equipment to support credibility of results<\/li>\n<li>Participate in both internal audit program and external audits<\/li>\n<li>Provides technical support and expertise in quality related problem solving and to risk analysis groups<\/li>\n<li>Support to assure verification on finished products analysis<\/li>\n<li>Ensure &amp; execute timely regular production floor support<\/li>\n<li>Plan &amp; execute required regular personnel &amp; plant hygiene audit<\/li>\n<li>Laboratory efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement of quality metric\/KPI<\/li>\n<li>Support ISO 22000 operations in attaining fan milk quality standard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Critical Qualifications\/Skills\/Experience (IPE Factor: Knowledge)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>The Qualified Applicant possesses the following Background<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/B.Sc in Food Tech, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry with other related fields preferred with at least 7years\u2019 cognizant experience in a food industry<\/li>\n<li>Possession of M.Sc in related field\u00a0 and knowledge in FSMS\u00a0 will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Good communication Skill to follow through both the up and down stream in the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Possesses active will to achieving set goals and promoting strong team spirit with the team members across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with time to achieve set goals<\/li>\n<li>Attention to Detail and ability to deal Support: Support investigation or improvement\u00a0 process<\/li>\n<li>Support\u00a0 to assure Water Quality for product processing<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining daily\/weekly logs &amp; data records associated with job function( non-conforming materials\/analysis, correction action log, on hold logs &amp; net content files etc) as specified in the ISO 22000 Quality manual file<\/li>\n<li>Plant &amp; personnel hygiene Sanitation Audit<\/li>\n<li>Carry out company policy on all required Good Manufacturing Practices,<\/li>\n<li>Food Safety requirements &amp; escalate Food safety findings or incidents<\/li>\n<li>Support the compliance for ISO 22000.<\/li>\n<li>Support improvement initiatives within &amp; outside the factory.<\/li>\n<li>Support\u00a0 verification of\u00a0 finished\u00a0 products<\/li>\n<li>Support assessment of equipment efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Support\u00a0 to assure laboratory efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Raw materials, packing materials inspection analysis &amp; documentation as specified in ISO 22000 Quality manual file<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring of in-process relating inspection, finished products analysis &amp; documentation as specified in ISO 22000 Quality manual file.<\/li>\n<li>Perform a variety of standard microbiological, chemical, physical or sensory testing as specified in ISO 22000 Quality manual file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<div><span
