CasaBella International was incorporated in 2008 and became the exclusive distributor for Revlon in Nigeria. The first CasaBella store opened in Lagos in 2010 and today, CasaBella Beauty is the fastest-growing retailer of beauty supplies in West Africa.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Manager<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Reports to:<\/strong>\u00a0The Head Business Development<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define the strategic direction for the Business Development function which align with the overall strategic goals of\u00a0 HealthPlus<\/li>\n<li>Define long-term strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions<\/li>\n<li>Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Support the implementation of exciting marketing strategies and promotions for HealthPlus Limited<\/li>\n<li>Research, develop, plan and implement existing, identified and potential identified opportunities for HealthPlus Limited<\/li>\n<li>Work with the personnel of the business divisions to achieve organisational goals<\/li>\n<li>Identify new trends, new products, services, new channels of distribution for HealthPlus working in collaboration with all stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Identify, initiate and develop networks and partnership opportunities for business growth<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate pricing and payment terms<\/li>\n<li>Perform business analysis and reporting to management for decision making purposes<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyse industry trends and market changes<\/li>\n<li>Research competition to identify threats and opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Apply in-depth knowledge of analytics, information management and business intelligence to evaluate new business development opportunities in order to determine commercial viability<\/li>\n<li>Work with the marketing and communications department to develop and implement digital marketing initiatives: website, mobile and social media marketing<\/li>\n<li>Perform business analysis and reporting to management for decision making purposes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Qualities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field with 6 years minimum experience in a structured organisation, 3 years of which must be in a managerial capacity<\/li>\n<li>Membership of a recognised professional body is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Retail, Pharma or the FMCGs industry will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Creative, innovative and able to think outside the box<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of commercial agreements<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated skills in strategically retaining and growing key accounts<\/li>\n<li>Strong business acumen<\/li>\n<li>Leadership &amp; managerial skills<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation and persuasion skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and people skills<\/li>\n<li>Planning, Analytical &amp; organisational Skill<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks<\/li>\n<li>Good problem solving and decision making skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>High standard of attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>A good working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite like Word, Outlook, and Excel Strong account management experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<section id=\"listing-fields\"><\/section>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send a one page summary of their most significant achievements for the last 5years with your application letter, a detailed CV and relevant copies of credentials to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:humanresources@healthplus.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>humanresources@healthplus.com.ng<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HealthPlus Limited, Nigeria\u2019s first integrative pharmacy, is the fastest-growing pharmacy chain in West Africa.
