{"id":57319,"date":"2018-05-21T15:49:17","date_gmt":"2018-05-21T14:49:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=57319"},"modified":"2018-05-21T14:20:28","modified_gmt":"2018-05-21T13:20:28","slug":"mactay-consulting-job-vacancy-apply-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/mactay-consulting-job-vacancy-apply-now.html","title":{"rendered":"Mactay Consulting Job Vacancy &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MacTay Consulting \u2013 Our client, a key player in the Telecomms Sector across the globe, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Manager, Regional SME Sales<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Reports to:<\/strong> Manager, Quality Assurance and Service Level Management<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop the strategy and executional plan for client\u2019s SME Segment and Corporate Segement and achieve the desired acquisition and revenue targets while also ensuring channel satisfaction levels.<\/li>\n<li>Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions<\/li>\n<li>Achieve customer acquisition, revenue, ARPU and retention target<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the acquisition of High Value subscribers from corporate, public, SME organizations and High Networth Individuals (HNIs) within allocated sector\/regions<\/li>\n<li>Build a rich pipeline of customers (Corporate, Public, SME and HNIs and ensure month-on-month growth of customer acquisitions &amp; revenue)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure resolution of all customer complaints within approved SLAs and manage monthly churn<\/li>\n<li>Ensure prompt weekly report of performance market intelligence and competitions activities<\/li>\n<li>Build a prospect pipeline and sign up quantitative and qualitative account as defined by client<\/li>\n<li>Generate and facilitate the execution of sales plan in alignment with client\u2019s business revenue and customer acquisition objectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><br \/>\nEducation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree in Business Administration\/Marketing or any relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>MBA or Masters in a related field is desirable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<br \/>\nMinimum 6 years\u2019 experience including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 to 4 years\u2019 sales \/marketing experience<\/li>\n<li>3 to 4 years account\/B2B selling experience with demonstrable track record<\/li>\n<li>Leadership experience with demonstrable skills and success in leading and developing others<\/li>\n<li>Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and follow up skills<\/li>\n<li>Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making<\/li>\n<li>Computer Skill \u2013 Microsoft word, Excel, Power and performance tools.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Process orientated<\/li>\n<li>High level of attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MacTay Consulting \u2013 Our client, a key player in the Telecomms Sector across the globe, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below: Job Title: Manager, Regional SME&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[43],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Mactay Consulting Job Vacancy - Apply Now!
