As vital as this is, technology without an excellent people process would not produce success.<\/p>\n<p>At Kingsmen and Gracewards Limited our passion is to provide excellent, affordable and accessible solutions to difficulties faced daily by individuals and businesses.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: User Interface Designer<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a user-experience designer responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes.<\/li>\n<li>You will also design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate client\u2019s product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products.<\/li>\n<li>Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.<\/li>\n<li>Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.<\/li>\n<li>Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Take smart risks and champion new ideas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Competency and Skills Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Three or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer, Photoshop and the like is a must. Good Understanding HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are required.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.<\/li>\n<li>A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.<\/li>\n<li>A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design.<\/li>\n<li>Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.<\/li>\n<li>Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.<\/li>\n<li>Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.<\/li>\n<li>Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.
