With a very knowledgeable management in Real Estate, the company\u2019s mission is to become the go-to company for property management in the High-Brow areas of Lagos.<\/p>\n<p>They are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Executive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Supervision Received: MD\/CEO<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong>This position exists to plan, develop, coordinate and implement strategies to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acquire new clients,<\/li>\n<li>Grow the company\u2019s business with existing clients, and<\/li>\n<li>Identify viable new business opportunities and income streams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Task:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and regularly review sales and marketing plan and ensure implementation after approval by the MD\/CEO<\/li>\n<li>Set SMART objectives for sales and marketing and work with other members of the team to ensure they are met<\/li>\n<li>Identify new sales leads and potential new markets through research and social media platforms to acquire new clients<\/li>\n<li>Develop bespoke business and marketing proposals for potential clients and follow up through visits and social media platforms<\/li>\n<li>Carry out marketing campaigns and communicate new product developments to potential clients<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and make PowerPoint presentation of products\/services<\/li>\n<li>Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings<\/li>\n<li>Context and Environment<\/li>\n<li>Highly competitive property market that requires innovative ideas to make a difference.<\/li>\n<li>Economic challenges and difficulty in accessing credit from financial institutions<\/li>\n<li>Three markets: Sale, Rental and Development of Property<\/li>\n<li>Sale marketing difficulties because of culture of inheritance that discourages people from selling their property<\/li>\n<li>Challenges of authentic property ownership and regulatory requirements for transfer of legal title to property<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Accountabilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New clients in number and income<\/li>\n<li>Growth of existing clients in terms of income<\/li>\n<li>Smart objectives for sales and marketing<\/li>\n<li>Monthly performance reports compared with objectives<\/li>\n<li>Weekly trends report in the Nigerian property market showing what is new and topical<\/li>\n<li>Monthly business development and industry report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications\/Experience<\/strong><br \/>\nThe candidate for this position should have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A University Degree with good communications skills, and ability to work with a wide range of people from different backgrounds.<\/li>\n<li>Two years\u2019 work experience, preferably in a business development or marketing position<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpersonal relationship<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Communication<\/li>\n<li>Prioritization competency<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and data interpretation capability<\/li>\n<li>Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized, able to work independently,<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiating capability<\/li>\n<li>Ability to remain calm under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Strong sales and negotiation<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving and creative<\/li>\n<li>Information technology including use of Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Use of Internet and social media<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants MUST RESIDE in or around Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lagos Island, Lekki, and Ajah<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N70,000 Gross<\/li>\n<li>Pension<\/li>\n<li>Leave Allowance<\/li>\n<li>Commission on deals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n23rd May, 2018.<\/p>\n<section id=\"listing-fields\"><\/section>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@beckleyconsulting.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>recruitment@beckleyconsulting.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Beckley Consulting Limited \u2013 Our client, a reputable Real Estate Company offers commercial and residential Real Estate services to individuals and businesses.
