Since its launch in 2003, Cobranet is proud to provide every segment of the Nigerian society with a reliable and secure Internet Service and Data management solution to the digital universe.<\/p>\n<p>We recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Support Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical support service via phone, email, and other channels as required to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.<\/li>\n<li>Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper follow up and closure of all pending tickets.<\/li>\n<li>Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to complaints and inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Escalate cases to another unit to and follow up on the case.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring incidents are documented in a professional manner using the available Customer Relationship Management (CRM)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Report to the Head of Department.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for achieving any assignment given by the Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping up to date with departmental and company notification via Emails, notice board and other mediums<\/li>\n<li>Respond to client complains in a proper and professional manner<\/li>\n<li>Should maintain a high level of personal responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Abide and apply the rules and regulations of the department and the company as a whole.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Academic \/ Education Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferred: A B.Sc (or equivalent) in Computer Science.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Certifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CCNA is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>MCP is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A previous experience in support or IT department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Technical Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Investigate and troubleshoot customer problems by analyzing bandwidth graphs, packet loss.<\/li>\n<li>Basic routing &amp; switching knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Basic RF knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to resolve problems remotely<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>General Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpersonal relationship.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a good communication and interaction with customers and colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Self-learner.<\/li>\n<li>Communications skills, both verbal and written.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Language Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good verbal and writing skills in English are mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:support.hire@cobranet.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>support.hire@cobranet.ng<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>30th June, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cobranet Limited is a leading Internet Service and data provider.
