{"id":57536,"date":"2018-05-23T11:41:57","date_gmt":"2018-05-23T10:41:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=57536"},"modified":"2018-05-23T11:41:57","modified_gmt":"2018-05-23T10:41:57","slug":"ca-global-new-available-job","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/ca-global-new-available-job.html","title":{"rendered":"CA Global New Available Job"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>CA Global \u2013 Our client, a leading international advertising group is seeking an experienced assertive CFO to lead the Finance function within a market, providing financial advice and guidance to brand teams in support of the achievement of market revenue and profit targets.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Chief Financial Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advises Senior Market Management on key business decisions through sound commercial judgement highlighting options, trade-offs, risks and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Builds finance capabilities, tools and skills within a market on a continuing basis to increase efficiency and the value add of the Finance team across the business.<\/li>\n<li>Instils a sense of operational excellence and understanding of the competitive environment across the Finance teams within a market.<\/li>\n<li>Supports the Regional Operational Finance Director, as necessary, in terms of escalation\/resolution of issues and adherence to SLA\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>Owns the country level Income Statement and Balance Sheet.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures control and governance requirements are met within the market.<\/li>\n<li>Finance leader and sponsor of growth initiatives including launch of new business units and acquisitions<\/li>\n<li>Drives closer integration of the group\u2019s business units within market.<\/li>\n<li>Embeds client profitability and excellent commercial judgement in business decision making within the market.<\/li>\n<li>Tracks performance against internal targets and external best practice, making timely interventions at appropriate times.<\/li>\n<li>Leads the short and long-term budgetary planning and cost management for a market in alignment with processes.<\/li>\n<li>Visibly sponsors and drives continuous improvement\/change programmes throughout their implementation to achieve project benefits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree and an Accounting qualification, or MBA with Finance specialism.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with launching new businesses and changing overall business strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience of pricing and negotiation.<\/li>\n<li>15-20 years of experience, with 10+ years of financial management experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in both IFRS and local GAAP accounting standards.<\/li>\n<li>Robust knowledge of internal control systems and implementation of such controls.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with acquisitions and post-merger integration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/cfo-at-ca-global-africa-recruitment-703778927\/?trkInfo=searchKeywordString%3A%2CsearchLocationString%3A%252C%2B%2Cvertical%3Ajobs%2CpageNum%3A0%2Cposition%3A4%2CMSRPsearchId%3A4dc43df4-41bb-465d-8a7a-17fca6a45995&amp;refId=4dc43df4-41bb-465d-8a7a-17fca6a45995&amp;trk=jobs_jserp_job_listing_text\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CA Global \u2013 Our client, a leading international advertising group is seeking an experienced assertive CFO to lead the Finance function within a market, providing financial advice and guidance to&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[28],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
