Leading mobile operators in Africa such as MTN, Gloworld and Etisalat are currently working with YellowDot to provide entertainment, information and other services to subscribers across the continent.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Devotional Portal Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We have a wonderful opportunity for a Devotional Portal Manager based in Nigeria.\u00a0 The ideal candidate willbuild and preserve trusting relationships with our Devotional Portal Content providers and Religious Bodies.<\/li>\n<li>We will rely on you to outperform our competition and maintain our company focus on driving our Religious services.<\/li>\n<li>To succeed in the role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with our Account Managers and campaign teams ad build rapport with customers.<\/li>\n<li>We expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and sterong problem solving skills.\u00a0 Ultimately you will maintain strong relationships with Churches and other Religious bodies to drive our Devotional Portal growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to understand customer needs and develop plans to address them,<\/li>\n<li>Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships,<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively,<\/li>\n<li>Forward upselling and cross selling opportunities to the sales team,<\/li>\n<li>Promote high quality sales and customer services processess,<\/li>\n<li>Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts,<\/li>\n<li>Approach potential CHurches to establish relationships amd acquire content rights,<\/li>\n<li>Gain solid knowledge of requirements of Churches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as an Accounts Manager with VAS experience<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of customer relatinship management (CRM)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in content and Partner Management<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving approach<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude of fostering positive relationships<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer-orientated mindset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n<section id=\"listing-fields\"><\/section>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV&#8217;s with your letters \/ last payslip to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:michelle@yellowdotafrica.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>michelle@yellowdotafrica.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0We are looking for a candidate from Nigeria.
