We envision a future where the transfer of \u2018value\u2019 is simple, convenient, instant, secure and global, irrespective of boundaries, channels or status by providing user-friendly and affordable payment solutions.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting for qualified candidates in our priority states, for the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Coordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Locations:<\/strong>\u00a0Ondo, Ekiti, Cross River, Kwara and Bayelsa<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nKey Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate recruitment, training, administration and management of existing and future mobile money agents in the agent network.<\/li>\n<li>Report activities carried out on a regular basis e.g. daily or weekly to specified superior in the company recommended formats<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on daily, weekly and monthly reports of all activities and solve any occurring problem with retail agents<\/li>\n<li>Meet specified target of number of retail agents to recruit to the network per week by conducting the activities of field staff<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all retail agents recruited are set up within 48 hours of being recruited<\/li>\n<li>Develop a good networking relationship with field staff i.e. Direct Sales Agents to ensure results<\/li>\n<li>Organize training and retraining events for incoming and existing agents on the network<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for field force and agent base support \u2013 commission payment, monthly statement, performance tracking, sales force commission<\/li>\n<li>Drive organizational and functional effectiveness in order to achieve business goals and develop employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree.<\/li>\n<li>Post NYSC experience.<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years field work experience.<\/li>\n<li>At 1 year supervisory experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfYc_Ds3kDbtHiRLuow3nOi1xh54W78UgRJScxTxqnXBU4BAw\/viewform?usp=sf_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>29th May, 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only candidates domiciled in the afore-mentioned locations will be shortlisted and contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Innovectives is Africa\u2019s leading financial technology companies with presence in 19 African countries.
