We find these very intelligent people with software development skills, train and mentor them into highly professional software developers and make them available to the global market as remote Software Developers.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Development Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Discovering and exploring opportunities; Identifying and\/or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential prospects and ensuring said deals are closed.<\/li>\n<li>Developing negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners\u2019 needs and goals.<\/li>\n<li>Developing Proposals, Business reports and Providing management with feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and accomplishing company\u2019s goals, ensuring set goals are met and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.<\/li>\n<li>Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and prepare presentations; set up and attend meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Develop sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate new product developments to prospective clients.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the development of marketing literature.<\/li>\n<li>Researching competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising.<\/li>\n<li>Provide quality leadership to a team of salespeople.<\/li>\n<li>Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in budget preparations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s Degree or its equivalence<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Be initiative and able to provide quality leadership to a team of sales executives.<\/li>\n<li>Be a team player with the confidence to take the lead, and guide other employees.<\/li>\n<li>Possess the ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, goals and targets.<\/li>\n<li>Possess a upto 4 years\u2019 experience in selling and marketing training\/consulting services.<\/li>\n<li>Possess excellent presentation, Negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Be excellent in the use of the Microsoft office package.<\/li>\n<li>Be seasoned in the field of marketing and sales and have a good knowledge of the market and target.<\/li>\n<li>A deep understanding of marketing principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compensation is competitive yet, negotiable<\/li>\n<li>Experience in selling I.T services\/packages would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@ifotta.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>jobs@ifotta.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ifotta is a Software development company and talent accelerator.
