Fan Milk Nigeria is a well established and fast growing food processing industry offering wide range of products.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Accounts Payable Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matching of Vendors\u2019 invoices with Purchase Order(PO) and Good Inward Note(GIN) and Job Completion form<\/li>\n<li>Posting of Repairs and Services and Non LPO invoices<\/li>\n<li>Invoicing of Engineering Good Inwards Note<\/li>\n<li>Invoicing of local raw &amp; packing materials and other local purchases.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Bank Payment Voucher and payment advice<\/li>\n<li>Monthly reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the daily payment transactions processing (fund in\/out).<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner, complying with all Standard Operation Procedures<\/li>\n<li>Paying vendors by scheduling pay and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit;<\/li>\n<li>Account analyses &amp; reports<\/li>\n<li>Continuing to improve the payment process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Critical Qualification\/Skills\/Experience (IPE Factor: Knowledge)<\/strong><br \/>\nQualification:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum University Degree or equivalent in Accountancy or related field.\u00a0 Student membership of relevant professional body ICAN, ACCA will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I.T skills: Microsoft office tools<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle confidential information<\/li>\n<li>Good numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines, determine priorities and organise work to meet objectives and identify and deal with problems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fan Milk Plc, is a leading manufacturer and marketer of healthy, nutritious and safe frozen dairy and non-frozen dairy food products with distribution channels across the length and breadth of&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Fan Milk Plc New Available Job - Apply Now!
