Formerly known as Personal Trust Savings and Loans, it was first registered in 1993 and operated as a mortgage bank until its conversion in 2014.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Internal Control Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all approved policies and processes<\/li>\n<li>Ensures regulatory compliance with all practices laws, standards and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Performance of periodic testing to identify risks and evaluate the efficiency of the internal control systems.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures accuracy of all general ledger accounts<\/li>\n<li>Performs daily\/weekly reconciliation of payments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification &amp; Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics or any related course.<\/li>\n<li>Professional membership of ICAN or ACCA.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1-year cognate experience<\/li>\n<li>Objectivity and sound judgement<\/li>\n<li>Good reporting and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong ethical standard and high level of integrity<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think objectively and demonstrate sound judgement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Relationship Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To drive customer satisfaction and experience<\/li>\n<li>To identify marketing and sales opportunities<\/li>\n<li>To achieve business growth as defined by the Key performance Indicators<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification &amp; Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of OND\/NCE in any discipline<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of completion of NYSC\/exemption where applicable<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1-year cognate experience<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills and business acumen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@personaltrustmfb.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@personaltrustmfb.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>31st May, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Personal Trust Microfinance Bank is a microfinance bank operating in Lagos, Nigeria.
